Lard is a candidate notary public at VDB Notaries. He specializes in corporate law and related notarial law.
After completing his bachelor's and master's degree in notarial law with specialization subjects in corporate law at Radboud University Nijmegen (2006-2012), he completed the Professional Notarial Training Program (2016). In 2020, he completed cum laude the Grotius Specialist Course in Corporate and Business Law.
Lard has accumulated extensive experience in the notarial profession. He started his career at VDB Notarissen in Waalre (2012-2014), after which he transferred to Loyens & Loeff in Rotterdam (2015-2025). In early 2025, he returned to VDB Notarissen in Rosmalen and Waalre.
As a member of the Corporate Law Practice Group, he advises, among other things, on (international) acquisition structures, (cross-border) restructuring, joint ventures, mergers, demergers, acquisitions, secured lending and (re)financing.
