Vera is a senior legal expert at VDB Notarissen. She specialises in corporate law.
After graduating in Dutch law at Maastricht University (2005), she completed the professional programme in law and was sworn in as a lawyer in 2007. In 2012, she completed the Corporate and Business Law Grotius specialisation course.
Vera gained experience in the legal profession from 2006 to 2021 as a lawyer specialising in corporate law and merger and acquisition practice. In 2021, she made the switch to the notarial profession and joined VDB Notarissen as a senior legal expert within the corporate law division.
With her background as a lawyer, she brings a valuable combination of legal expertise to the notarial practice.
