This is Vera
Vera is a Senior Jurist at VDB Notaries. She specializes in corporate law.
After studying Dutch law at Maastricht University (2005), she completed the Vocational School of Law and was sworn in as a lawyer in 2007. In 2012, she completed the Grotius Specialization Course in Corporate and Business Law.
Vera gained experience in the legal profession from 2006 to 2021 as a lawyer specializing in corporate law and merger and acquisition practice.
In 2021, she made the transition to notarial practice and joined VDB Notaries as a senior lawyer within the corporate law section.
With her background in law, she brings a valuable combination of legal expertise to notarial practice.
