Corné is an associate civil-law notary at VDB Notarissen in Rosmalen. He specialises in (commercial) real estate.
After graduating in notarial law at Utrecht University, he has been working in the notarial practice since 2014, specialising in (commercial) real estate. In May of 2018, he joined VDB Notarissen as a junior civil-law notary within the real estate practice group. He was sworn in as an associate civil-law notary in January 2025.
Corné focuses on various aspects of real estate law, including commercial real estate transactions, financing, divisions into apartment rights and amending existing divisions. He has designed several training courses for external parties on residential upward (storey) extensions and division.
With his extensive experience and expertise in real estate, he provides support on various real estate issues for the clients of VDB Notarissen.
