After studying Notarial Law at Utrecht University, he has been working in the notarial practice since 2014, specializing in (commercial) real estate. In May 2018, he joined VDB Notaries as a candidate notary within the real estate practice group. In January 2025, he was sworn in as an added notary.
Corné focuses on various aspects of real estate law, including commercial real estate transactions, financings, subdivisions into apartment rights and amending existing subdivisions. He has conducted several courses for outside parties on encroachment and division of residential property.
