This is Bram
Bram is a notary public/partner at VDBN. He specializes in corporate law and related notarial law. As a member of the Corporate Law practice group, he advises on (international) acquisition structures, (cross-border) restructuring, joint ventures, mergers, demergers and acquisitions, among other things.
After graduating in Tax Law (Tilburg University, 2002) Bram worked for several years in the International Tax field at EY. In 2006 he made the switch to Notarial Law and to VDB Notarissen and completed the professional training in 2011 and in 2013 the Grotius specialization training "Corporate and Business Law". Bram has been a Notary since October 2016.
