Bram is a civil-law notary and partner at VDBN.
He specialises in corporate law and related notarial law. As a member of the corporate law practice group, he advises, among others, on (international) acquisition structures, (cross-border) restructurings, joint ventures, mergers, demergers and acquisitions.
After graduating in tax law (Tilburg University, 2002), Bram first worked for several years in the international tax field at EY. In 2006, he made the switch to notarial law and to VDB Notarissen, completing the professional training programme in 2011 and the "Corporate and Business Law" Grotius specialisation programme in 2013. Bram has been a civil-law notary since October of 2016.
