Junior civil-law notary

• You will advise and assist clients on real estate transactions, financing and securities, property development, limited rights, (amendments to) divisions of apartment rights, network registrations and the sale of rental properties in individual units;
• You will independently supervise files from start to finish, draft all necessary notarial and private deeds and handle communication with the parties involved;
• You will help colleagues with ideas, guide them where necessary and proofread documents prepared by them;
• You recognise opportunities in the market and are prepared to capitalise on them;
• You participate in the (overarching) professional consultations, to keep abreast of all recent developments within the field;
• You are actively involved in the monthly consultation of the entire notarial practice; thus, you are also involved in developments within the other divisions (corporate law and estate-planning); and
• You will actively contribute to the further growth of our real estate team and notarial practice in a generalist sense.

• A university degree in notarial law;
• At least 4 years of working experience in (notarial) real estate practice;
• You enjoy having close contact with clients and enjoy working as part of a team;
• Your energy rubs off on others and motivates them;
• You work accurately and persuasively;
• You are available for a minimum of 32 hours a week;
• Your command of the Dutch language is excellent, both orally and in writing.
• Preferably, you also have a good command of the English language.
