Junior civil-law notary

As a junior civil-law notary in the corporate law practice, you will work together with your colleagues on varied (advisory) engagements. Our client portfolio includes entrepreneurs within SMEs, as well as start-ups and corporates. The focus is on large family businesses. Your role is multifaceted and varied:

• You will advise clients on legal restructurings, from business succession arrangements to setting up new structures, as well as mergers and acquisitions, not to forget governance issues;
• You are involved in the entire process from (the very) start to finish;
• Together with a colleague, you will visit clients, providing them with the best advice;
• Preparing deeds, instruments and files;
• You will participate in the (overarching) professional consultations, to keep abreast of all recent developments within the field;
• You are actively involved in the monthly consultation within the entire notarial firm, so you are also involved in the other real estate law and estate planning divisions.

• You hold a university degree in notarial law;
• Around 3-6 years of relevant work experience (deputy qualification is a plus);
• You enjoy having close contact with clients and enjoy working as part of a team;
• Your energy rubs off on others and motivates them;
• You work accurately, are persuasive and ambitious;
• You have an excellent oral and written command of the Dutch language, and preferably also a good command of English.
