William is a civil-law notary and partner at VDB Notarissen in Waalre. He specialises in real estate.
After graduating in notarial law and tax law at Radboud University Nijmegen (2005-2011), he completed the notarial professional training programme (2011-2014). In 2019, he completed the Real Estate Law Grotius specialisation course, cum laude.
William started his career as a junior civil-law notary at Loyens & Loeff in Eindhoven (April 2011 - October 2011) and then made the move to VDB Notarissen in Waalre. After nine years as a junior civil-law notary, he was appointed civil-law notary and partner in October 2020. He deals with virtually all private law aspects of real estate, both in the commercial and private sectors, with an emphasis on the commercial sector.
William specialises in apartment law and has a particular interest in the doctrines of immovable property, component formation and accession. He is a member of the Brabant Real Estate Society and the Association of Notarial Real Estate Specialists.
