Wieteke is Senior Notary Clerk at VDB Notaries. She specializes in the (commercial) real estate practice, with particular expertise in the field of forced and voluntary public sales.
After completing her 4-year professional training in notarial law to become a notary clerk, she earned her propaedeutic degree in college law and is currently completing her bachelor's degree in law.
Wieteke has been working in the notarial practice since 2005 and joined VDB Notarissen at the Waalre location in 2009. As Senior Notary Clerk, she handles more complex files within the (commercial) real estate practice, including commercial real estate transactions and special financing/security rights.
Her specialized knowledge and experience in the field of public sales makes her a valuable force within the team at VDB Notaries.
