Wieteke is senior notary’s clerk at VDB Notarissen. She specialises in (commercial) real estate practice, with particular expertise in forced and voluntary public sales.
After completing her 4-year professional training in notarial law to become a notary’s clerk, she attained her propaedeutic certificate in the higher professional education programme in law, and is currently working towards her bachelor's degree in law.
Wieteke has worked in the notarial practice since 2005 and joined VDB Notarissen at the Waalre location in 2009. As senior notary’s clerk, she handles more complex files within the (commercial) real estate practice, including commercial real estate transactions and special financing/security rights. Her specialist knowledge and experience in public sales makes her a valuable force within the team at VDB Notarissen.
