Marco is a civil-law notary and managing partner at VDB Notarissen.
He specialises in company law and works in both national and international corporate law practice. After graduating in notarial law at Leiden University, obtaining his master's degree in 1996, he completed the Company & Corporation Grotius specialisation course in 2003.
Marco has been working in the notarial practice with his specialisation in corporate law since October 1996. He joined VDB Notarissen in March 2008, where he was appointed civil-law notary in January of 2012.
He has held the position of managing partner since January of 2014. His areas of practice include setting up legal structures, reorganisations, mergers and acquisitions and complex shareholder, family company and governance issues.
