This is Kim
Kim is a notary/partner at VDB Notarissen in Maastricht. She specializes in corporate law, with specific focus on family businesses, acquisitions, restructurings, partnerships and cross-border transactions.
After studying Notarial Law and Tax Law at Radboud University Nijmegen (2014), she joined VDB Notaries in March 2015 within the corporate law section. In 2018, she completed the Professional Notarial Course cum laude, followed by the Grotius specialization course "Corporate and Business Law" which she also completed cum laude in 2020.
Within VDB Notaries, Kim has gone through a wonderful development: from candidate notary (2015) to acting candidate notary (2018), Managing Counsel (2024) and finally her appointment as notary/partner on January 15, 2025.
In her current role, she focuses on establishing and expanding the practice at the Maastricht office, specifically targeting entrepreneurs.
