Anne is a junior civil-law notary at VDB Notarissen. She specialises in commercial real estate.
After attaining her bachelor of laws (in law - the lawyer, judge or public prosecutor track and notarial track) in 2012 and master's degree in notarial law at Utrecht University in 2014, she completed the notarial professional training programme in 2017. In 2020, she completed the real estate law specialisation course at the Grotius Academy. Anne has been working as a junior civil-law notary specialising in real estate since November of 2014 and joined VDB Notarissen in May of 2021. Her focus and specialisation is in commercial real estate. Anne advises clients on real estate transactions and financing, division into apartment rights, rights in rem, property development and other real estate-related contracts, among others.
In addition to her work at VDB Notarissen, she is a member of network associations with a focus on real estate: Jong Onroerend Goed Brabant (Young Real Estate Brabant) en Vastgoed Verbond Brainport (Brainport Real Estate Association).
